Fees for consumers

Consumers are required to pay a fee of PLN 50 (fifty zlotys) upon submitting an application to start proceedings before the Banking Ombudsman. Where the amount in dispute is less than PLN 50, the application to start proceedings is subject to a fee of PLN 20 (twenty zlotys)

  • Dealing with the dispute will seriously affect the functioning of the dispute resolution body
