Производството пред Органа за алтернативно решаване на потребителски спорове към НАЦИОНАЛНА АСОЦИАЦИЯ ЗА ЗАЩИТА НА ПОТРЕБИТЕЛИТЕ (Орган АРС към НАЗП) е възмездно, разноските се поемат от виновната страна, като размерът на таксата е 50 (петдесет) лева.
