When filing a complaint relating to a status report with the Board the complainant shall pay the secretariat a fee of DKK 275. The fee will be refunded if the complaint is not examined by the Board or if the Board upholds the complaint in full or in part.
The Board may decide that the certified building expert is to pay the assessor's costs in cases concerning complaints relating to status reports where the complainant is successful on one or more points. As part of its examination of the case the Board shall assess the extent to which the complaint has been successful and as a general rule apportion the assessor's costs accordingly between the parties.
