Overview
- Info fees
Tenants or landlords who submit an application to the Rent Tribunal must pay a deposit towards the costs of the proceedings (fees). If successful, the applicant will get the deposit back. The opposing party must then pay the fees. A tenant must pay EUR 25 in fees. A landlord must pay EUR 450. However, if a landlord can prove that he is a natural person, he only has to pay EUR 25. This amount must be paid as a deposit at the start of the proceedings. However, if you have a minimum income, you can apply for an exemption.
