To be paid by the consumer – a fixed cost of GBP 30 (including VAT and expenses) for disputes up to the value of GBP 50 000, of which 50% is payable when the request is submitted and the other 50% if the procedure goes ahead; a fixed cost of GBP 60 (including VAT and expenses) for disputes above the value of GBP 50 000, of which 50% is payable when the request is submitted and the other 50% if the procedure goes ahead. 

To be paid by the trader
The ministerial fees under Ministerial Decree No 108/2010, as amended by Ministerial Decree No 145/2011, will apply for areas where mediation is mandatory, as follows: 1) < 1 000.00 - EUR 43.33 2) 1 001.00 > 5 000.00 – EUR 86.67 3) 5 001 >10 000 – EUR 160.00 4) 10 001 >25 000 – EUR 240.00 5) 25 001 > 50 000 – EUR 400.00 6) 50 001 > 250 000 – EUR 666.67 7) 250 001 > 500 000 – EUR 1 333.33 8) 500 001 > 2 500 000 – EUR 1 900.00 9) 2 500 001 > 5 000 000 – EUR 2 600.00 10) > 5 000 001 – EUR 4 600.00.

The fees include all charges relating to the ADR procedure, except for costs relating to that provided under Article 3(7), Article 5(7) and Article 6(6) of the Rules.
