Fees to be paid by the company

Companies involved in the arbitration procedure are each required to pay a fee of EUR 200, unless the Arbitration board rejects the application for arbitration pursuant to § 6 FinSV or remits the application to another consumer arbitration board pursuant to § 24(1) FinSV. The fee may be waived or reduced at the request of the company where charging such fee would be wholly or partly disproportionate (§10(2) FinSV).
