Overview

Fees for traders

Individual membership: EUR 50 per year for 3 years to be paid upon signature of the convention, plus:

Amount requested by the consumer

Amount payable by the trader

Up to EUR 200

Membership of ‘networks’ or federations: varies according to the network or federation.

Membership of EUR 10 per year over 3 years per organisation at EUR 40 per year.

Mediation costs: agreed fixed rate of EUR 60 to EUR 300.

In addition, for certain networks or federations, an amount of EUR 100 is requested for administration costs if the consumer’s complaint is admissible and the mediator does not agree to mediation.

  • Dealing with the dispute will seriously affect the functioning of the dispute resolution body
