Overview
- Information on fees
The consumer shall pay a fee of DKK 100 for the Competition and Consumer Authority's mediation of a complaint, pursuant to Section 12(1) of the Law on Consumer Complaints. The fee shall not be refunded, unless the complaint fails outside the scope of the Law on Consumer Complaints or is rejected under Section 16 thereof.
