The dispute resolution bodies listed on this site all offer out-of-court settlement procedures for consumer disputes. They have all been approved by the national competent authorities as meeting the quality, impartiality and fairness standards of the Directive 2013/11/EU on alternative dispute resolution for consumer disputes.
If you want to submit a complaint, most of the time you will need to contact the ADR body where the trader is based. Some ADR bodies accept any complaint related to a purchase of goods or services, while others specialise in particular sectors (transport, insurance, energy, etc).
