Info fees

The consumer must pay a fee of EUR 10 when lodging the complaint procedure.

If the matter proceeds to conciliation and arbitration, each party shall pay a preliminary fee based on the amount in dispute, between EUR 40 (minimum) and EUR 660 (maximum), in accordance with the table annexed to the Regulation of the Centre.

If the parties choose to have the case handled by the courts, the preliminary fee is increased by 10% in accordance with the amounts listed in the table.
