Filing a complaint is free of charge, except for a payment towards the costs of the procedure equalling EUR 20 If the panel allows a complaint in whole or in part, it will stipulate that the intermediary:

a) reimburse the payment made by the complainant;

b) make a payment towards the costs of the procedure equal to EUR 200.
