For disputes worth up to EUR 5 000 dealt with electronically, for the consumer, EUR 25 including VAT, or EUR 20 including VAT if assisted by the Consumers’ Association; for disputes worth between EUR 5 001 and EUR 15 000, EUR 25 including VAT, or EUR 20 including VAT if assisted by the Consumers’ Association; for disputes worth between EUR 15 001 and EUR 50 000, EUR 30 including VAT, or EUR 25 including VAT if assisted by the Consumers’ Association; for disputes worth over EUR 50 000, EUR 60 including VAT, or EUR 40 including VAT if assisted by the Consumers’ Association; for the prosumer, for disputes dealt with electronically worth up to EUR 5000, EUR 30, or EUR 20 if assisted by the Consumers’ Association; for disputes worth between EUR 50 001 and EUR 15 000, EUR 45, or EUR 30 if assisted by the Consumers’ Association; for disputes worth between EUR 15 001 and EUR 50 000, EUR 90, or EUR 50 if assisted by the Consumers’ Association; for disputes worth over EUR 50 000, EUR 120, or EUR 70 if assisted by the Consumers’ Association. VAT should be added to these amounts if due. The rates for traders are the same as for prosumers, plus VAT if due. If the procedure takes place face-to-face, the claimant will have to bear the costs for using the venue.
