Fees for consumer

Neither party shall cover the other party's costs relating to proceedings before the Board of Appeal.

All costs relating to proceedings before the Board of Appeal must be paid by the Board of Appeal.

The consumer shall pay a fee of DKK 200 (including VAT) for an appeal before the Board of Appeal. The fee will be refunded to the appellant if the appellant's appeal is successful in full or in part, or if the case is dismissed (Sections 5 and 6), discontinued or withdrawn (Section 10)
